TechTALKer: Repeated assays using the Solid Phase Oligo COUPLE-IT™ Kit to bind 5' amine-modified oligonucleotides (30 bases long) to MPG® LCA have consistently resulted in approximately 4 x 10¹⁴ molecules of 30'mer bound per milligram of MPG^® LCA, or 8 x 10⁷ molecules per particle.
