MIGHTY™ Buffer reduces non-specific interactions of all reaction components, increases enzyme and template thermostability, and reduces non-specific priming. This results in increase of sensitivity, yield, and specificity. MIGHTY™ Buffer is complete with MgCl₂ to a final concentration of 1.5 mM.

	APPLICATION: Efficient amplification of long templates Our special 10X Reaction Buffer enhanced and optimized to allow for efficient amplification of long templates. This non-tris buffer increases enzyme half-life and provides optimal pH control to provide higher DNA yield. MIGHTY-L™ Buffer can simply be substituted for the incubation buffer currently used. Mg²⁺ is added separately to the reaction.

	APPLICATION: Specificity enhancer No-Smear Additive is a proprietary compound that eliminates background smears and spurious bands on difficult templates such as GC-rich and repetitive sequences. This additive acts by isostabilizing the melting temperatures of GC and AT base pairs. It can be used to improve specificity in almost any reaction. No-Smear Additive is supplied as a 5X concentrate and should be used at a final empirically determined concentration of 0.5 to 2X.
