Taq-FORCE™ Red is a polymerase designed for ease of use. This polymerase can enhance reproducibility of results and reduce the time required for experiments. Taq-FORCE™ Red is a formulation of Taq-FORCE™ that contains a non-toxic and non-hazardous red dye, allowing users to check which tubes have polymerase added, and facilitating the verification of adequate mixing.

After the reactions are completed, they may be loaded directly onto gels, since there is no need to add any loading buffer. Taq-FORCE™ Red reactions are sufficiently dense to sink to the bottom of agarose gel wells unassisted. Since the red dye migrates in the same direction as DNA, the progress of electrophoresis can be easily monitored.

Taq-FORCE™ Red provides excellent yields and is appropriate for high throughput applications and modified dNTP incorporation.
