TechTALKer:This kit is based on size exclusion resin in a spin column format that traps all small molecules such as dNTPs, primers, linkers and enzymes. Large molecules such as DNA fragments larger than 100 bp pass through to the collection tube. The resin is pre-hydrated with buffer eliminating lengthy hydration and equilibration steps. PCR clean-up is complete in 5 minutes with 90% recoveries.
